Did you know what the most talented people in music have in common? They practice. They’re not born with an innate ability. And to practice it needs to be fun and motivating.
For beginners I focus on the fun and enjoyment of drumming and use my extensive Coaching background to keep students motivated by aligning their lessons with their interests.
For Intermediate and above I tailor the lessons with their drumming goals.
Experience:
- Began playing drums in 1986
- Played in Big Bands at Manly Jazz Festival, Competitions, and at the Sydney Opera House
- Learned from John Morrison (yes James’s brother :)
- Played in several bands and gigged regularly in Sydney
- Currently completing my Masters in Coaching Psychology (Sydney Uni)
Lessons start from $40/30 minutes.
