Short Term Room Rental in Artarmon in ARTARMON, New South Wales for sale

Hi Australialisted-er's!
Our awesome flatmate Dan is off to swim the English channel, and we are renting his room out whilst he is OS.
The room is availble for five weeks from the 28th of July. It is a fully furnished room with Queen Bed, two huge windows that overlook the sprawling backyard and vegie patch, which also let in a ton of light. The room is located at the back of the house, is very private, and walks out into the back sunroom. We have everything from sheets and towels to a coffee grinder, so all you need to bring is your lovely self.
You will be sharing a house with two girls, and two dogs. We work and study full time, love to have the house as the chill out zone, and have great interest in wine, good company and kung fu. In that order.
The house is located 6min walk away from the train station, and 10min from an express bus into the city. Chatswood shopping centres are 15min walk away, and have everything from gelato to grilled chicken feet. (only for the brave)
We are happy to accomadate travelers, couples and single-double occupiers, and can't wait to meet you!
